"We stayed in the villa with pool. Very large, well maintained space in a lovely location with beautiful views. Rent a car to really enjoy all that the island has to offer. Mariese will book one for you. The Olive Tree is a peaceful place to call home for your visit to Mahe."

"Great place, cooler in the mountains, private pool and view are excellent. Also good firm beds. Nice host, we visited tortoises in the main building and even had a tour of the garden. Highly recommended!"

"Our stay at The Olive Tree can only be described as marvellous. The apartment is beautiful and spacious, the neatly kept garden is a pleasure to spend time in and the pool is small, but extremely clean and very pleasurable for a quick cool-down. Still, the real highlight are the people who make all of this happen. Marise and Christophe are extremely friendly and courteous people. They really went the extra mile with a delicious dinner on our first day alone, but also, they provided fresh fruit from the garden (how amazing is this!) and breakfast ingredients for our first morning. They were incredibly helpful with advice, contacts and regular check-ins to make sure that our stay went as smoothly as possible. Their staff took exceptional care of house, garden and pool - we couldn't have asked for more."

"Due to the wonderful location in the hills, sometimes a few bugs or baby ghekos may come inside. However, not a big issue and a small price to pay for how good everything else is."

"We had a great and memorable stay in Olive Tree Villa. Very clean and comfortable villa. You can find everything you need in the villa. Nice and clean pool. Very beautiful views of mountains and the sea. Air con in the rooms helps you have a good sleep. Good location with easy access to other places both with bus or taxi. The hosts Marise and Chistophe are wonderful. so kind and helpful. They help you all the time to manage your time and help you to arrange the tours or whatever you want. They are so flexible in the time of your arrival and departure into the villa and help the guests as much as they can. I highly recommend you to choose this place."

"Casa magnífica, con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia muy cómoda. Las vistas a la montaña e incluso al mar eran inmejorable. Ha sido un viaje increíble y la casa no podía ser menos. Maryse fue muy amable con nosotros y nos dio todas las facilidades, incluso nos proporcionó un coche de alquiler a un muy buen precio. Muchas gracias por todo!!"

"An amazing view from the balcony, the apartment is well equipped and very affordable for this area. It was quiet and peaceful. 5 minute drive to Anse Petite (but you have to leave the car at the hotel parking and walk 10 min to the beach) and 5 minutes to Anse Soleil (can drive almost to the beach). About 40 min from the airport. We spent a week there and truly enjoyed it. The hosts are super friendly and helped us a lot with bookings, taxis, appliances etc. They also brought us fruit from their garden, which was very nice. Would definitely come back!"

"Excellent modern apartment in the SW of Mahe! Perfect setup to explore the area from Grand Answer to Answer Royale. Strong stable WiFi. Fully stocked kitchen. Good AC to cool the apartment down from the Hot and Humid condition outside. Comes with a washer that was very helpful for cleaning swimming wear and sweaty clothes. Plenty of private parking for the 4 units. Our favorite was the super comfy bed! Slept like babies. Therese was an awesome Host ensuring that we had a great stay. Thanks so much Therese! 😘😘😘 We will stay again when we return to Mahe."

"The property was clean and had a working AC, although a bit noisy. A nice bonus was a washing machine that we desperately needed by this time. Quite a nice and green view from the terrace although situated right by the main road. Getting there is a short walk uphill with no sidewalk. The nearest shop is just 100m down the road."

"Charles is an excellent host. The place is exactly as its pictures. It on a hill overlooking the ocean. You can see planes coming in. The home is full of love. There is air conditioning in the bedroom and a full service outdoor kitchen and living space. You will need a car & he has parking available."
