"Location is ok, 10 minutes walk to Somerset MRT station. Cleanness was ok, not spotted but acceptable. Air conditioning worked well. As the cheapest private room with private bathroom in the whole city this place is worth its price. Good contact with owner via whatsapp. I would come back."
"The owner does not treat this place like a hotel, so for example, toilet paper is replaced by the guests themselves."
"Its a studio apartment. It's size is OK as per singapore standards as most of the hotel rooms are quite compact. AC worked fine. Unlimited Hot water access. Clean washroom. No window. A big cupboard, a compact writing table with a steel stool were there. A couple of charging ports were available. No information on Wifi as I never used it. Its in an iconic location. Good for singles and backpackers. I stayed there for 4 nights, no issues. Double bed, bed spread, 2 towels were provided. As it's a studio apartment, no cleaning by the property. Common kitchen and washing machine available but I didn't use it. It's 800 meters Orchard metro and 600 meters from a bus stop."
