"I really liked the bed, pillows and blankets, they were perfectly soft, just exactly for my liking. I also really liked the location, super close to bus station and city center, yet far away from all the noise"
"I hate how noisy the fridge is at night.. I could hear it even with my earplugs on. I also disliked that the place is on ground floor and the door felt pretty weak, I felt insecure sleeping sometimes.. The door does not isolate the sound as well as it should, so I would hear every conversations people would have outside. In addition, there was no shampoo and no shower gel"

"The add says there are toiletries, but they didn't even leave hand soap, so we couldn't wash our hands when we arrived. When you travel by plane and stay just for a couple of nights, you expect to have essentials like soap, shampoo, shower gel, and even some coffee or tea. Also, there is no place to hang towels and swim suits to dry. Actually there is a sort of a hanger in the bathroom, above the toilet seat, but not very convenient, and no draft at all, so it doesn't actually dry."

"I don't even know where to start. Even in the days before our trip, we received all the information from the host. As soon as we entered the accommodation, I felt at home right away. I traveled with 2 dogs, and the host greeted them with little treats. The apartment is beautifully done, and the bed was so comfortable that we hardly wanted to get out of it. :D"

"The apartment has a bar and a grocery shop in the same building and is super close to the airport. has a/c, perfect new windows and mosquito nets. it's perfectly maintained and has all you need for a pleasant stay. We will be back for sure! there were even a couple of things to keep our 1 y.o. entertained."

The General Manager Muhammed was consistently available, incredibly accommodating, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. It is rare to find leadership so hands-on and dedicated to the guest experience. Every request was met with kindness, and their presence added a personal touch that you don't often find in luxury boutique hotels. If you are looking for a place where you are treated with authentic hospitality and care, I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
