"Matevz is a wonderful host and has put a lot of consideration and work into this property. The apartment is in a great location in the pedestrian section of Old Town, a few hundred feet from restaurants, but is very quiet in the apartment. It is immaculately clean, well equipped, and beautifully decorated. There is a sound system with a wide variety of music loaded. Matevz provided coffee, snacks and drinks. He also has a binder of restaurants he recommends. I only wish we could have stayed longer in this lovely apartment to explore Ljubljana."

"Excellent location, close to all the major attractions, and yet we never heard a thing from the streets unless a window was open. Even then it was mostly just the beautiful chirping of birds in the morning. The suggestions for places to eat were fantastic and communication with the host was quick and easy. The bed was so comfortable that it was not a good idea to lay on it unless it was time for bed, we’d fall asleep midday otherwise! He truly thought of everything to make the stay feel like home. I can’t find a single thing to complain about. I included a picture of one of my favorite places to sit, the bedroom window sill."

"We highly recommend this apartment. Despite being right in the heart of the old town, its soundproofed windows make it a quiet and charming retreat. It is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you might need, truly feeling more like a home than a hotel. The host was always available, very helpful, and even provided us with great recommendations for our visit."

"Amazing location, right in the centre of Llubijana. The apartment has been restored superbly, good amount of space, a lounge and kitchen alongside a big bedroom. It was well equipped and the host had even left a lot of food and drinks for us to help with our stay. Despite being right in the hub of the city, it’s also very quiet with the windows shut, and a good air con system helped in the summer heat. Would go back in a heartbeat!"

"I don't even know where to start. Even in the days before our trip, we received all the information from the host. As soon as we entered the accommodation, I felt at home right away. I traveled with 2 dogs, and the host greeted them with little treats. The apartment is beautifully done, and the bed was so comfortable that we hardly wanted to get out of it. :D"

"A clean, quiet and well equipped apartment close to the village of Žirovnica. Walking distance to the bakery and market. Very close to the train station for an easy day trip into Ljubljana. Great advice from Marjetka and her husband for sightseeing and activities in the area, especially when the weather was rainy."

"The apartment has a bar and a grocery shop in the same building and is super close to the airport. has a/c, perfect new windows and mosquito nets. it's perfectly maintained and has all you need for a pleasant stay. We will be back for sure! there were even a couple of things to keep our 1 y.o. entertained."
"Cozy atmosphere in the house. It is extremely important to us that the house is pet friendly, nice neighborhood, convenient for walking dogs, close to Lake Plansar (30 min walk) - beautiful path to the lake, well-equipped kitchen, kind and accommodating host."

"The house is very beautiful, it really has a feeling of a Alpine house. The room was small but very cozy, we had everything we needed from the kitchen, fridge, tv, the bed and the pillows were nice and cozy, we slept very good during our stay there. The owner was very kind and explained everything to us regarding the house rules, but also showed us around the whole place, she gave us a map of Zgornje Jezersko so we can explore a bit and see some of the more interesting sights in the vicinity. All in all, we are giving homestay Kocka a pure 5 star review since everything met, even exceeded our expectations. Definitely recommending this one."
