"St.Daniel is a wonderful biohotel with great character and heart. Amazing atmosphere, beautifully decorated, incredible hosts, wonderful staff, outstanding gastronomy with local ingredients only. A magic place. It is a very special experience to have a great memory of Slovenia. There is nothing not to like. I would repeat St.Daniel without a doubt. "They truly follow the principles of sustainable development and environmental awareness. As it’s a boutique hotel, you really feel like you’re visiting someone’s home rather than staying in a hotel. The owners are on another level—super kind and helpful. And the location? You couldn’t ask for a more tranquil setting."
"The only potential downside (though not necessarily for everyone) is that the bed is located on a loft above the room, accessible via fairly steep stairs. This can make it a bit inconvenient to go down to the bathroom at night, especially for less mobile guests."
