"The room was spacious and contained everything necessary. The staff were really friendly and helpful - our travel kettle broke, and the lady at reception helped us with a spare kettle for our room. The location is great for getting to the river, the park and restaurants. Parking in the underground garage is for free."

"The room was very very clean, The staff was very kind. It is close to the old town walking distance around 35 minutes or 10 minutes by bus number 88. Very cozy and quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended and definitely I will book it again."

"There is nobody at the reception for the check-out and there is also no sign about how do you check-out. It turned out that you only need to put the hotel room card on the desk and leave."

"Without knowing exactly what to expect, Hotel Viktor was a pleasant surprise. We were welcomed by a lovely receptionist and our rooms were immaculate and the beds were comfortable. I think the hair dryer in the bathroom was the best hotel hair dryer I've used. The location was also great as it was accessible from the highway but also only a short drive to the Old Town."

"Our biggest issue was that once we checked out, we were not permitted to stay in the building to wait for a taxi, which I found incredibly inhospitable and odd. As guests, we ought to have been allowed to stay inside for 10 minutes or so. I would like to have had a small shelf or holder in the shower to place my toiletries. I also didn't like the toilet brush in the hotel room bathroom."

"The location is wonderful - a quiet neighborhood right next to the main train station and a bunch of restaurants/fast food places. The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean."

"Since I have booking in English, I will write this entry in English as well. I really loved the interior, it was stunning and modern, loved the room we got as well and the staff was super friendly and helpful, always opening the doors for us even when we could open them ourselves with our card, we also got a room with the bathroom we asked for. Staff and accommodation was excellent in our experience."

"I really do miss breakfasts, we were told they were not possible to add on to our stay, which wouldn't be that much of a problem if the hotel was directly in the city, but in the area which the hotel is in, breakfasts were hard to get to - we had to bring our own food or eat at the supermarkets, since majority of the local cafes didn't offer any breakfast foods or pastry whatsoever, but rather cakes and ice cream. I'm sure the lack of breakfasts has its reasons, but it was making things harder for our stay. Also, I honestly got a little scared by the area at first, since the buildings around are not in the greatest state and the hotel itself doesn't look stunning from the outside, but the inside made up for it quick. The only point down is for the lack of the option for a breakfast."
