"Everything. We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Really liked that it’s not a busy main road but close to the old city centre. The suite was a mini apartment. Gorgeous high ceilings and layout. The staff were friendly and polite. Always greeting you. It’s quiet and charming."

"The location of the property was good as was the price. Staff are friendly and helpful. The property is relatively close to the train station. The heat is turned up very high in winter and breakfast was great. Everything was refilled quickly. The hotel was well decorated for Christmas and the music playing in the dining room was really atmospheric. It wasn’t too crowded at breakfast either and staff are always wishing you a good morning and a good day."
"The room was way too hot and there was no way to control the temperature. The windows have no screens, I asked at the front desk for a fan but they had none, and the A/C is turned off. Even if you turn off all the heaters in the room the building’s heat is turned up high so I woke up every night in a puddle of sweat. When I first checked into the room it wasn’t very clean, thankfully after sweating through the bed the first night I asked the front desk to have my sheets changed and they did so immediately. So that was nice and redeemed a lot for me. Still, how hard is it to have fans available at the front desk for those who want it and screens in the windows. Or to allow guests to set their own temperature on the A/C during the winter."
"Liked having onsite parking, a kitchenette, the bed was comfortable and a 10-15 minute walk to the city center. Having laundry facilities in the basement was a plus. The staff were very nice."
