"The hotel did its job. It felt safe and was generally clean. The location is quite good, as it is just on the border of the city center. It is only about a 1 km walk to the Young Angels Stadium and much less than that to the main square and cathedral. The staff were very friendly at check-in. The hotel has parking directly in front of the building and covered parking if you require it. I was in a room with two twin beds, and the beds were alright. I slept well, and it was a quiet hotel. The bathroom was newly remodeled and was really nice looking. The shower was brand new and had one of those open designs (very swanky)."

"Everything about the hotel was good, and I would stay here again. However, when I write a review, I try to find areas for improvement to let others know about it. The surrounding buildings need some loving care, but the area is completely safe. The room is quite dated and may have been remodeled 25 years ago (with the exception of the bathroom, which looked brand new). I would skip the breakfast, as it wasn't all that great. It could have been that I went too early, as I was there at 7:30 when it opened. It didn't have that wide of a selection of food (fried eggs, sausage, bread, cereal, yogurt). I like a warm breakfast and one on the larger side, because I can then have a light lunch."

"Room and the bathroom were big, clean and very nice. The building itself is old so the common area doesn't look that appealing, but don't let that influence your opinion, the rooms are a whole another level! Location is superb, in the city center just few steps from the cathedral."

"Breakfast needs improvement - my request for dietary needs was accepted so I paid for it, but the staff was not aware of my request and I had to ask the breakfast cook to make me scrambled eggs (not in the buffet) as there was nothing I could eat (the breakfast was not sufficient even for a healthy person). But I can imagine not having breakfast there, the rest of the stay was really great - room, location and the value 100%, I'll come back next time."

"The rooms are only cleaned every 3 days. During my stay of 10 days. My bed was never changed or made. The room was never vacuumed or cleaned. Just fresh towels every 3 days. The management was very understanding and gave me a discount. I hope they can get that fixed . It is a nice hotel. The breakfast is not worth the price. Reheated eggs, vegetables were old and used for many days. Cheese was also old. Not a good choice of items."
