"It was easy to find the property, thanks to the excellent directions provided to us. The representative, Christiana was waiting for us at the foot of the stairs. The room was of a good size, with an outstanding view over the surrounding hills and towns. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom functioned well. The kitchen also functioned well enough for us to enjoy breakfast in. There was also a small reading room between the bedroom and the kitchen. The location was ideal for a stroll down into the center of town, or up to the three towers."

"The place is great - quiet, close to both the city center and parking lots. Room is comfortable, and the design is cool - there's a natural rock formation in the bathroom. And they left us so much food, which I totally didn't expect, that it was enough for both dinner and breakfast. And there even was a small Christmas gift. Fantastic attitude!"

"The only thing that can potentially be improved is to have the ability to self check-in. Since there is no formal reception, you have to agree on the time of arrival."

"This property can just be perfect with small little tweaks. Please get blackout shades. Couldn’t really sleep because there was light on the balcony and in town shining through the sheer window treatments. Also, garbage in the bathrooms need to open without having to lift the lid by hand every time, gross."

"Loved everything about this apartment in San Marino. It was located pretty high up right near the entrance to the towers, so we had a great view from our apartment balcony. Loved that they welcomed us with a bottle of local sparkling wine. Both bedrooms were clean, modern and stylish. They both had a lot of natural light. The living space was a bit smaller and didn't get natural light, but that was fine. A mix of pastries and coffee were provided for breakfast."

"Wow the view from our room was pretty spectacular and the whole apartment was pretty beautiful itself. Two spacious rooms with a balcony and a view along the castle walls of San Marino. Check in was easy, the hosts were responsive. The kitchen is on the smaller side with several great amenities. The bottle of wine was a wonderful touch along with the juice and morning breakfast snacks. The bathrooms were pretty great, as was the water pressure and heat. The apartment was easy to find and I loved the directions that were given to find the location. You can park in P6 or P7, both within walking distance. Water is drinkable and there are games in the apartment for families and friends to play. We hardly heard anything from any other guests the time we were there."

"The Casa Cicetta is beautifully designed, very spacious, very clean and well-equipped. Due to weather and traffic, I was a little late in arriving, but the host waited for me and was very understanding and helpful. I have been traveling for several weeks, and this is the finest accommodation I have stayed in. The price is very attractive also! Highly recommended."

"The property is new - only 2 years old. Rooms are spacious and centrally located in the old town. Key tourist things are in walking distance. Small number of rooms which is attractive. Water and coffee was provided in room and a bottle of wine which was a lovely touch. Hosts provided great directions and parking. Discounted parking also provided through hotel. No breakfast facilities which makes you good out for breakfast- many options close by."
