"Giulio and the entire family at Fromager are excellent hosts! The property itself is in a lovely garden setting, shady and cool. Our bungalow was clean and comfortable with hot water. Best of all was the pizza and pasta served, along with good bread, coffee and wine -- very Italian! Giulio also helped us secure ferry tickets, saving us a trip to Zinguinchor to buy them. And although the location is not on the beach, once you cross the big road, the path is a lovely, sandy track, taking about 15 minutes. It's a very long walk into town (45 minutes?) but you can jump in a taxi easily enough."

"Nothing! I'd say for travelers looking to stay in Cap Skirring proper, Fromager is not there -- the town is called Kabrousse, about a 10 minute taxi into town. But there's easy beach access and plenty of restos on the beach, so it is not an inconvenience."

"A great location outside of Cap Skirring. Very peaceful and close to nature, even though less than 10 minutes drive from the town. A nice half hour walk to the beach... I would definitely return. And THE BEST pizza I have ever eaten!"

"They told me only about 5 minutes walk to the beach, it took more than half an hour, ha ha! I ended up taking a moto taxi back part of the way (very cheap)..."

"A very nice small paradise inside cap skirring. The hotel stuff was OK and the rooms unique !! Overall a very nice experience."

"It’s the second tile we came as we live this place! Julio is simply the best host we’ve ever met and has the hand of his heart. His Friday’s evening buffet hare just great and it’s the only place on the coast where you can eat original Italian pizza and home made delicious ice cream. We’d recommend this place to anyone who want to feel at him in Casamance :-)"

"Very good value for money in Kabrousse, a 15 minutes walk to the beach. Nice, simple but comfortable rooms with view on the swimming pool. The huge fromager dominating the lodge is spectacular. Incredibly tasty pizzas and other Italian dishes are served at lunchtime and dinner."

"Nice oasis in Cap Skirring. Although it's a bit far from the beach, it's amazing for resting in the middle of the day. Fantastic food, drinks, bungalows, pool and very nice trees giving you the shade. Walk to the beach is just few minutes and best part of the Cap Skirring beach awaits you."
