"L'appartement est propre, bien équipé, fonctionnel. Il est situé dans un quartier résidentiel et animé. Il est un peu loin du centre, qui reste accessible en taxi, à mi-chemin entre le centre et les plages. Monsieur Fall est un hôte gentil et attentif."

It's always nice to meet the owner of the place whether it's a restaurant or a hotel etc. She upgraded me to a better room in another hotel she owns nearby, because a guest prolonged his stay.
