"This is an exceptional place to stay it is very comfortable, beautifully decorated, the views are spectacular and you fall asleep lullabied by the ocean. My favourtie place in a two week trip to STP. The staff are very helpful and Tiziano the owner is so great and was on hand to help with planning. The food was also delicious."

"Had a great stay. Was introduced to a fantastic guide (Fernando Bragança) who made my trip very enjoyable and is highly recommended. All Mucumbli staff members I met were super friendly and extremely helpful. The sunsets from the balcony of my room were extraordindary. A short walk leads to the beach and shoreline which is wonderful to explore. The staff were very helpful with my luggage transfer as well and went above and beyond expectations. I'm quite sure I will be back at Mucumbli and am looking forward to it."

"The food was not what we expected. People rave about Mucumbli’s restaurant. And yes the view is amazing, the options for dinner and lunch (after one day) were very ordinary. When I asked to add crevettes to the aioli spaghetti, I was told it wasn’t possible. If I wanted crevette, I had to order the crevette curry spaghetti. On the day we were leaving, we saw a pizza oven firing up for the first time and several more staff seemed to arrive (we were there the week before and on Easter). Breakfast was good, though it was omelette only every day. When we ordered pancakes for my daughter it was extra. Don’t let the “no AC” scare you off. Even though it was the warmer time of year, you don’t need it with the well positioned rooms. The beach isn’t accessible - despite a steep pathway down the mountain, there want a pathway all the way to the ocean."
