Restaurants around the property offer amazing food. There is a deep hill when you come back to your room from the beach because the property was build in a hill, but is manageable if you don't have bad knees."

"I told Marlon this last time, the rooms will benefit so much from a little pull down table, it can also be use as a working desk. Also the bathroom needs a little shelf where to be able to put toiletries and stuff."

"Marlon was attentive and extremely helpful. Our room was clean and well cared for, the maid was responsible. The view was supper and access to the beach could not have been better. The hammocks on sit were awesome, well placed."

"I would love to have breakfast prepared there and better coffee. I expected really good coffee because El Salvador is famous for growing and exporting coffee."

"This hotel is great. I stayed here for five nights in January. It’s located right on the beach, with a secure door leading you directly to the sand and water. The facility has a nice pool with clear water which is cleaned regularly. They serve traditional breakfast at 8am, bringing it directly to your own personal outdoor area that has a nice table with umbrella and four chairs. It’s a small hotel - I think there are only six rooms. They have a lot of tables and hammocks in public areas that were almost always open. Marlon, the worker who we interacted with most was super kind and helpful. You can walk on the main road to el tunco, or you can take an Uber for around $3 for the short ride."

"I was in room 2. It has a lot of empty space. There aren’t any hooks or places to hang towels or wet clothes. The bathroom is a bit cramped and I think could be optimized better. These are minor quips though. All in all I had a fantastic time and I hope I can return one day."

"Great location with nearly private beach. Back gate opens to a beautiful beach with virtually no one around. A 5 minute Uber ride to town with lively bars and restaurants."

"You have to ring a bell for someone to open the gates. There is no way to get the gate to the beach open, if locked. Would be nice to be able to open either gates by a code or even a key."
