"Location is fantastic - quiet beach - yet close enough to all amenities of Grace Bay; Grace Cottage right next door is also a bonus. The placement of the property behind the dunes is fantastic and whoever designed this place should take a bow. The size of the property is also not overwhelming which is what we like, smaller type of resorts. Looking forward to being back."

"There is never a good time to renovate the property; while we stayed at Point Grace it seems some of the adjacent rooms were being updated so you could def hear drilling etc. although it was not all day by any means."

"This property exceeded my expectations. First, the property is a small house with great amenities. It has the small cottage charm with modern flair. It is roomy and separate enough to give you an at home feel. The cleaning staff was consistent and covered all bases. The 24 hour reception and security presence made the resort always feel secure and never deserted. The free brunch was not only delicious but it was full of good options. Also the complimentary bottle of wine was a classy touch."

"They need to update the door locking system to card keys. The key is the only lock and it is a little old fashion. I would love to beach service when you are on the beach. They need to check on you more."

"The property is beautiful. It is laid out well and landscaped well. The beach space was large and uncrowded. We never had a difficult time finding an umbrella and chairs at the pool or beach. Our cottage unit was very comfortable and the service was great. We also loved the food and service at Grace's Cottage."

"The resort fees and taxes added much more to the advertised than I would expected and it wasn't until very late in the booking process that they were visible. This is more a criticism of the booking.com web site than the resort."
