"I would have given a 10 out of 10, if it weren't for 2 things. The lack of privacy curtain for the bunks, and the incredibly squeaky room and bathroom doors. A bit of oil might help."

"Very nice, sweet and helpful staff. Cool, hipster decor all over the hostel. The hostel is the nicest one I have stayed in while in SE Asia and I have been traveling for 8 months in 4 countries. The staff was very helpful with providing documentation as I extended my visa in Thailand. Without request my room was upgraded, which was a wonderful surprise. Very comfortable beds, too! Chanthaburi is a very fun town with a lot of different areas to explore."

"The warm and cozy environment. Comfy beds. Feels like home. Great location as well. Good for money."
"The old lift. It makes so much noise, preventing you from sleeping. And the sound proofing of the room. You'll literally hear someone talking next door or taking a shower. Good thing there's not so much guess when I stay. And lastly the lack of staff during the night. There's something wrong with my room in the middle of the night and there is no one to talk to at the front desk."

Good wifi - working in all locations I went 7. Water refill, coffee, big locker, microwave, refridgerator 8. Cafe - though without any options for vegetarians / vegans like me 9. Walking distance from bus station, metro and skytrain 10. Well designed bed with storage spaces for quick to use things, tray, switch, bed light."
