"Great location, in a short alley off the street so you don’t get much noise from the bars. Pom is a great host, seems available whenever, but we really didn’t need anything as there was plenty of water, coffee, supplies. Would stay again for sure."

"Pom is a friendly and helpful host. Appartments are located in a quiet street but very near to old city and bars and restaurants. Appartment is clean, and has everything that is needed for the stay."

"Everything you need is within walking distance. Less than 10 minutes walk from the old city east gate. Dining, massage, bar, and, of course, a 7-11 within 100 yards/meters. Even so, it is set back from the street, so it's peaceful and quiet day or night, even during festivals like Loy Krathong. Don't miss out on visiting the Art & Deco shop just in front of it on Loi Kroh Road."

"Pom is a great host. Attentive and available. The house is huge, and there are enough rooms and beds for a big group. The kitchen had anything you would ever need, and many bottles of water were there for us as well. ACs at every room, good reliable washing machine, and even a dishwasher! And tbe location is priceless! 3 minutes walk to the old city / night market."

"Too many stairs. Some of the rooms - you have to climb 4 floors to get to. Makes the every day not ao easy, but a small price to pay for such a great ace and host"

"Pom, the host, is exceptionally friendly, accommodating and understanding. He definitely stands out as a gracious host. I had the opportunity to stay in both the double room and the 2 bedroom apartment for over a week and they were both great. There are a lot of little extras that Pom provides that make staying here much easier. Great location, spacious rooms, great air conditioning. I had no problems coming and going. Pom speaks English well and he made an effort to personally be there upon my arrival, even through my changing my inbound flight to a much later time. I only regret I forgot to set aside some time to visit his shop."

"Wi-Fi could be better. Walking up stairs and walkways not ideal (watch your footing) Some option to clean the room more frequently would be nice."

"Pom was a lovely host. We arrived earlier than planned and were able to check in straight away. He showed us through the house so we knew where everything was and also advised us about the area and places to visit. It is in a great location with several markets close by. Lots of space for a large family."

"It is a little noisy in the front bedroom at night when the bars were packed but this was only a couple of nights over our 8 day stay."

"Pom has furnished and decorated these rooms so that you feel relaxed and comfortable right away. So much better than a hotel room. He included tea, coffee, utensils, a hot water pot, ironing board, etc"
