"So gratefull to Alice as she is very accomodative and kind. Best location for shopping, spacious room, but the AC is directly hit you on the bed. Maybe realocation would be considered."

"The room is relatively small but you have enough to keep your luggage and a small desk to work on. The bed was okay with good air conditioning. Washroom was of adequate size with hot water as well. There were many plug point for charging the devices (Thai type plug points) A basic but adequate breakfast (cereals, bread with butter & jam with toaster), Noodles or Flavored Rice + Tea / Coffee /Hot chocolate Location : Shopping malls, street food, coin laundries, night markets in walking distance Feels secure with CCTV on the premises"
"Small size of the rooms. Bit difficult to find on Google Maps. Also its more expensive to book/extend the stay onsite (~1200 Bhat) TV had poor reception"
