"PROs: - location - 10 minute walk to Patong Beach & beautiful sunsets - Wonderful balcony view (9th floor) of the ocean & the mountains on the other side - Very close to everything: restaurants, fruit stands, massage shops & 7-11, & Jungceylon Mall - Clean & huge 70s looking studio - The owner/host - Mr.Alfred is very nice & Will offer some suggestions of where to go if you need anything."

"CONS: - Doesn’t have a real kitchen (small induction stove) - You have to use the sink in the bathroom for kitchen stuff But overall, the location & value for the money is great!!"

"Quiet location with an awesome sea view from 9th floor balcony. just a few minutes walk to beach. Alfred is a great host. He provided us with a brand new rice cooker upon request; unfortunately, we didn’t get to use it because we played so much at beach each day and ate out. At all of our stays from Vietnam to Thailand we cooked about 50% of our meals. The place was stocked with all things needed from cleaning supplies to bathroom tissue. Bed was very comfortable. AC worked very well. Oh, I forgot to mention Alfred put couple beers in the fridge as a token welcome gift."

Location is excellent, 10 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes from the action while being on a quiet street... 2 good restaurants at the bottom of the block. It really feels like home! The rooms were well-furnished and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring Patong. The location was perfect, close to the beach and various attractions, making it easy to get around. Overall, a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Patong. Highly recommended!"

"Alfred was kind enough to let us leave our bags when we arrived early in the morning whilst he was cleaning and added an extra bed without extra charge as promised. The condo is located within walking distance to the interesting places so we didn't have to take the Tuk Tuk every time. In general we were happy with the accommodation and would definitely go back if we get the chance in the future. Thank you very much Alfred!"

"Sehr schöne und gemütliche Wohnung, mit wunderschönen Ausblick. Sehr gepflegte Anlage, die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Zentrale Lage, ein paar Minuten Spaziergang bis zum Zentrum und zum Strand. Wir waren absolut zufrieden und den netten Vermieter-Paar sagen wir Danke! Wir kommen bald wieder!"
