"We were pleasantly surprised! It seemed like a simple hotel but it was much more than that. Everybody was so nice and talkative. They have free drinking water in bottles and at a refillable station. The location was also fantastic. We really enjoyed our time here!"

"Some noise from the hallway and other rooms late at night."

"The hotel is near a nice park, the moat, and conveniences like 7-11. The staff was super nice. The lady gave recommendations for coffee places, restaurants, and different events in the area. The room was comfortable and good size."

"The hotel was not as close to some of the things that I like the best in the Old Town. The hotel does not clean your room unless you request it. They will leave water and toilet paper if you do not have the room cleaned. I didn't like that, but it really wasn't a problem at all."

"Location is perfect for me. Not a noisy or crowded area but near to places I want to see. Toilet is clean. The microwave, cups and dishes at the lobby are for guest’s use and there’s water, coffee and small cookies too. Communication challenges are alleviated by translation apps. Staff are helpful. Will stay again."
