"Dear Hostel 24 Team, I hope you are well. I had a reservation at your property from February 15 to February 28. After completing my booking, I came across several recent reviews that made me concerned about whether the property would meet my expectations. As a result, I decided to arrange alternative accommodation and did not check in to my reservation. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. I understand the booking conditions; however, I kindly ask if you would consider a refund or partial refund as a gesture of goodwill, since the room was not used at all. "Hotel is right off the main road so close to a lot of restaurants and shops, solid 15 minute walk to the beach, and 5 minute walk to the bus stop. The room was clean and amenities were provided. The owner was kind and was limited in English but did her best."

"Per and Sirilak's apartment at Kamala Regent is lovely. Our hosts were very easy to communicate with and provided helpful information on request. Very clean, spacious and comfortable apartment and friendly people to deal with. Walking distance to just about everything under 1km. Some local coffee and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. On-site facilities such as pool, restaurant and gym very nice and clean. Security were happy to call a taxi for us when we weren't up for walking. We highly recommend and would absolutely stay again.
