"The owner was helpful at any time, answered my questions immediately, even when I sent message at 1am. They provide you with cold water"

"Only bad thing is that there is a window between the room and the hall with other apartments, so there was always light in the hall which was coming to my room, also it can get a bit loud"

"Quiet room, helpful staff. There are kitchenware on 2nd floor available for everyone plus electric kettle, microwave oven, fridge. A TV set is also available. Washing machine is on 3rd floor and you'll need 10 baht coins to wash clothes. There was a little mix up regarding our stay (my fault) but it got solved. I booked a 3 beds room but there was another twin bed inside the room which was great for our comfort."

"Location good, with private access to the Dongtan beach. Nice spacious balcony and room was large with all furnishings. Kitchen was spacious with all the equipment. Cleaning was done once during the 9 day stay and cleaning equipment was available. Bathroom was ok with a hot shower and enough towels. Washing machine provided with a drying rack in the balcony. Nice view of the ocean from the balcony, since the apartment is on the 13th floor. Coffee table and chairs in the balcony and microwave, rice cooker, toaster available in the kitchen."

"I had an excellent stay; Fred and his wife gave me very good advice. The rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need. There's a balcony and a terrace out front. It's close to everything: the market, restaurants, 7-Eleven, and a temple. I'll definitely come back next time."
