"Wonderful friendly lady who does reception. It is a homestay kind of place in a typical local neighborhood but close enough to Wulalai Saturday Market and MaeKha Canal. Wide balcony."

"The rooms are very clean and beautifully decorated, spacious as well. Hot water always and bed is comfortable. The area is very quiet at night so u will have a good sleep. Grocery stores and market are next door. Very near the airport and railway station. There is also free coffee/tea and snacks at reception area."

"The price for the size of the room is excellent. My room was very clean, and I tried to keep it that way. I was impressed by the amount of free water bottles in the room and free coffee/tea in the lobby area. I’d stay again if I’m ever in that part of Chiang Mai. The Old City area is not far away."

"There are a lot of parts of the city that are noisy, so I don’t think it’s particularly bad. It’s just normal noisy. You can also hear people in other rooms. This is to be expected."

"Cozy place, the room is clean, good value for the price. The owner’s name is Noi, she is very polite and kind! I found a kitten trapped on the 3rd floor’s roof on my 3rd day there, don’t know how it even got there. It was clearly exhausted and scared when I found it while smoking a cigarette on the 3rd floor balcony. Went downstairs to inform her while she was in the middle of her lunch break, and she just smile and got up without hesitation to rescue the kitten! I highly recommend this place!"
