"I usually don’t like super simple places but this one won my heart. It’s cozy, felt so homey, the owners are extremely sweet and loving, and it felt like I was around family. She cooks fresh food by order, the place is super peaceful. I can’t recommend enough!"

"We arrived Chiang Mai at 6am in the morning, planned to store luggages at Urban Bed and come back later in the afternoon for check-in. To our pleasant surprise, the room was ready and we were allowed to check in at 7am, at no extra fee or charges. We stayed in the private room and can only speak for this room. The room is spacious and comfortable, fulfilling all our needs. Located in quiet alley of the old town, easy to get food and bike rental shops are close by, very convenient location. I had a great stay!"

"Really well organised hotel with comfortable beds. Reception is open 24h so it's easy to check in/ it's parking, massage parlor, hotel organised breakfast and for lunch it's another coffee bar near reception, plus they had swimming pool."
"Perfect place to spend a night before early departure at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK). Grab taxis are an easy way to reach the airport (less than 30 minutes)."
"Mr. Imm came to meet us on arrival even though our plane was delayed and we did not arrive until midnight! He is a wonderful man and throughout the trip communicated promptly and accurately via Line or WhatsApp. The suites are spacious and comfortable. Lovely traditional Thai decor. Great quiet location with a coffee stand with baked goods 30 second walk around the corner. 7-11 and plenty of restaurant options at the other end of the street. The hustle and bustle of Bangkok is a short inexpensive Grab, Bolt or Taxi ride away. It is charming large and spacious. It harkens back to a gentler time with traditional Thai decor. Amazing peaceful location with plenty of food options and a near by hospital and dental clinic where you can get a checkup and teeth cleaned, but if you want modernist "Ikea" style, or if you want to be in the middle of noisy Bangkok this might not be for you. Everything was delightful!!!"
