"My wife and I traveled with two of our teenage children. We were looking for something close to the temple for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, one night, at an affordable rate. It was clean, comfortable, and we had a room to ourselves. The receptionist was also gracious and let us store our bags after we checked out."

"Be prepared to walk a fair bit as it is situated in a closed off alley in Rama 9. Having said that, it's 7-10 minute walk from the MRT and plenty of malls, as long as your feet work well it's a great spot."

"Tucked in a quaint European-style complex. There are guards manning the entrance so you know it is very safe. The location is within walking distance from Jodd Fair night market and Phra Ram 9 station. The hostel is very clean and spacious and we had a lot of privacy too. Felt more like a hotel than hostel. I locked myself out at around midnight and the owner was very nice enough to come over and helped me unlock it. Really appreciated him doing that. I would definitely return and highly recommend!"

"Good location, near shopping malls, MRT, hospitals. Quiet surrounding, has parking space but the roads can be confusing if you drive. Comfy Bed & clean bathroom. Good facilities. Helpful staff & self-check-in for late arrival. Didn’t have BF, I left so early. Overall good experience & Value for money."

"Hotel is right off the main road so close to a lot of restaurants and shops, solid 15 minute walk to the beach, and 5 minute walk to the bus stop. The room was clean and amenities were provided. The owner was kind and was limited in English but did her best."

"Per and Sirilak's apartment at Kamala Regent is lovely. Our hosts were very easy to communicate with and provided helpful information on request. Very clean, spacious and comfortable apartment and friendly people to deal with. Walking distance to just about everything under 1km. Some local coffee and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. On-site facilities such as pool, restaurant and gym very nice and clean. Security were happy to call a taxi for us when we weren't up for walking. We highly recommend and would absolutely stay again. Thank you for making our stay in Kamala memorable 💖"

"The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for a short home stay or even longer. Good-sized bedrooms, comfy beds and a nicely set up kitchen. The air conditioner works well. It was lovely to sit on the balcony at night and first thing in the morning and hear the jungle. It is a bit out of the way, so it is quite quiet, which was perfect for us. You will need the use of Grab or hire your own transport to get in and out of Kamala and beyond. The pool was nice and a lovely area to chill out in."
