"Massive rooms in the heart of Dushanbe. The location doesn't get better. You're in the heart of the city but on a very quiet side street with no traffic / noise. The staff is extremely attentive and helpful. The breakfast is quite good!"

"It's an old building so there aren't too many outlets in the room. In fact, not enough for the TV to really work. I stayed in two rooms. In the second room, the shower pod was showing its age and the showerhead was broken so a stream of water like a kitchen faucet was coming out the top."

"Much better than expected, given some reviews. Two stays, both very good. The rooms are huge, beds comfortable, bathrooms very nice - a bidet is a plus - and they provide not only the basic toiletries, but a toothbrush, big bar of soap, a whole bottle of shampoo, and a razor. Breakfast is big and filling, and has options for most tastes. Staff is very nice and accommodating. The location is unbeatable, as it is 3 minutes on foot to all the city most beautiful attractions and restaurants. Cannot recommend enough."

"Wifi can be sketchy, but is better than at most properties we stayed in Tajikistan; the light in the room is very stark - a nice lamp would do miracles for the rooms; chargers nowhere near the bed."

Right in the center of the city, tucked away in a quiet lane, so very quiet and peaceful. 12 minutes walking distance to the National Museum of Antiquities, the Opera House and Rudaki Park. Plenty of restaurant and cafes within 5 to 10 minutes walk. Best breakfast in a homely setting. Spacious, clean and airy rooms. Even provides toothpaste and toothbrushes. Very friendly Manager Mr. Ehson, always available and ready to assist the guests. Very polite staff. Very safe for single female travelers. Deserves 5 Stars rating."
