"Private rooms are in a different building than the hostel itself, and they don't let you know that in advance, until when I arrived I was taken to another building 10 min away walking from the hostel, and this builing does not have any front desk so there is nobody around in case you need something like an extra blanket for everythin u need to go to the hostel"
"Everything, easy to find close to many things. Grrat staff Ege who works the front desk does a great job. Knows the area and very helpful. Plus most nights there a very FUN atmosphere here. I have stayed in many hostels around the world. If you are coming to Istanbul tou really should at least checkout Cheers lighthouse hostel. Plus the owner pretty cool."

"First, the hygiene level is 0 : the rooms were cleaned solely and only upon request and it was poorly executed. During our ten days stay, only 4 time it was cleaned. The sheets were ripped and not all that clean. Second, they claimed the room was an upgrade they offered us : while we had -1 level room. The curtains were see-through. I asked for a change they said they will change our room, which they never did. The sheets were for single beds while we had a double bed. Third, the room it self was, dark. Very dark. The shower handle was broken and unusable. The lights were so dim it hurt my eyes. The problem was most in the restroom. I had to use my phone torch to use the toilet or to chrck myself in the mirror. And last but not least, the food in the morning was the same every day. I don't know why but everything is very very low quality : instant coffee, instant milk, one orange and one apple thinly sliced... Only the eggs made it work. Cheese was very salty, and the juice is very bad."

"The size of the room was good, everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, aircon worked well and there was a balcony to the back side. With the windows and doors closed, it wasn't too loud, however I use to wear earplugs anyway when staying in hotels. The breakfast buffet was nothing special, but sufficient. There are countless small shops, eateries and a supermarket right around the hotel and it's only a few minutes walk to the beach promenade. The value for the money was really good and I ended up staying four days instead of the one planned, because the town and the surroundings were so pleasantly nice and laid back."

"Everything. The owner and his family were very welcoming. They assisted with just about anything we requested and provided information that helped to make the stay enjoyable. Breakfast was good and plenty. The bed was comfortable, and the room was cleaned(swept) daily. Bedroom linen and towels were changed daily."

"This property is very small, may be 10-15 rooms at the most. Good location, nice and clean, but the lobby is very small and has no windows or any amenities like wending machines or coffee etc., but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also breakfast was very good quality but you have no choices, they bring multiple items but don’t have any oatmeal or cereal options but they tried to accommodate our request to the best of their ability. Room was clean but fairly small and same for the bathroom. I gave them 8 because of the staff otherwise it’s not the money I spent."
"Pros: Great location in Uchisar, walking distance from the castle and 10-min drive from Goreme. Stunning property, arguably the most beautiful in the whole region of Kapadokya! Being an animal lover, the fact that the property has 3 house dogs was a great plus. Staff members were courteous and attentive. The bedroom was a dream--more than a room, it was like an apartment, including 2 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, an indoor pool, a sauna, a jacuzzi, and a terrace. The food was outstanding: breakfast was bountiful and dinner was exceptional at Lil'a."
