All staff members are very nice and helpful. I will not mention names as all are literally amazing. In brief, we would definitely come back if we are assured of getting a newer room."
"The room. We were given a room in the old blocks of the hotel and they turned out to be really old and would definitely need an urgent renovation. Newer rooms were all full so we couldn’t change it"

"My only complaint is in regard to the treatment of cats. Can the hotel have some cat feeding stations on the property? I looked all over and couldn’t find any. We loved giving them food. I was most concerned how thirsty they were. There should be areas with water and food for them. I hope someone would read this and help address it. People loved the cats!!"
