"Amazing hosts, a lush and unique setting, friendly dogs, chickens, and peacocks.The included breakfast was mostly all made or raised on-site and was hands-down the best breakfast that we had anywhere in Turkey. It was amazing and we felt so spoiled. Great location and walking distance to everything. The hosts made a lovely site spectacular. They contacted us about items we left behind, gave us a museum recommendation that wasn’t on our radar, and it proved to be an extremely memorable museum that I’m so glad we visited. The pool was well kept and welcoming. We enjoyed relaxing in the lush and beautiful gardens after a busy (and warm) day of site-seeing."

"Really, the only thing that came up is we needed a stronger wifi connection for a zoom meeting. But it wasn’t a negative at all, it was a huge positive because the hosts bent over backward to accommodate us and make things work smoothly and perfectly."

"Traditional Turkish breakfast was VERY expensive! $25 euros per person which seemed high for this mid range place and compared to other places earlier in the trip Address given on Booking.com was incorrect, so went to the wrong place initially. Was able to talk to someone and get us to The right place eventually, but was not ideal. Entire area was “locked down” which meant you had to contact a staff member anytime you wanted to leave or come via car. Even the gate to reenter by foot you had to ring a bell. They were very prompt and letting us in but felt awkward asking when it was later at night. But overall great stay especially for the nice price of $90.."

"The Property is well located and provides good parking. The pool was refreshing and nice. The hotel is not one large house but instead a series of bungalow dwellings on a large piece of slopped property. With several outdoor seating areas, makes for a leisurely stay if the weather is not extremely hot. I assume the dwellings differ in size which accounts for the different price points. The property is privately owned by a nice Turkish gentleman who speaks limited English but was very friendly."

"My wife and I rented an expensive room with a balcony which was underwhelming. The old furniture was not very useable, the bed was hard and furnishings dated (And looked nothing like the room in the picture above) The bathroom was very small and exuded an unpleasant smell. The A/C struggled to cool the room because of the extreme heat. Breakfast is not served until 9am so if you are off to Ephesus to see the ruins early, you will probably be out of luck. While the hotel offers safe parking on the premises which is great, finding the right gate entrance and navigating the steep driveway was not easy. If you come here and need to park, contact the owner in advance as exterior entrances and gates are kept locked and the road to the place is one lane. Bottom line? My wife and her sister liked the charm for the place and the owner who ran it. I thought we did not get the value for our money."

"Very quirky property. Definitely not your classic hotel but fun and very interesting. Great proximity to the village. Owner was wonderful he went out of his way to accommodate us. Breakfast was fantastic!"

"The hotel and owners are charming. The property is so unusual and well done. The breakfast is by far the best i have had! The fireplace in the lodge was excellent too!"

"It needs to ne clear that the property has detached buildings. I dodnt understand from the booking deacirption that it was more of a compound. For colder weather times i do not think the blowing heater is sufficient. Neither was the fireplace. I was hoping to have a more mobile heating unit. Due to the fact that it is an authentic vintage stone building, without much natural light. the lighting was a bit rough. I wish there were power strips available to plug in computers/ phones."
