"The room and bed are very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable (to European standards). Water bottles provided. Our room was on the top floor and there was only one other room at the other side of the corridor, so it was very quiet eventhought it was on the street side. AC works very well and quiet, no annoying lights. No breakfast included, but in the vicinity there are many options. There is a common area which was like a home style living room with water machine. The land lady is very nice and friendly. She reserved a free parking place for us. In the morning we were brutally shaken awake by the 0403 earthquake and she immediately made sure we're OK. Everything was OK, no blackout, no damage, very strong and reliable house."
