"Room with 2 bunk beds, bathroom very new and clean. Overall building very neat with common space with roomtop and big sharing space in basement. It is a very warm and cozy place to stay and hisif Chiayi. Only take about 10min walk to the Night Market. Recommend!"

"The location is extremely close to the train station as well as to a lot of shops/restaurants and the night market which was very convenient! I also liked the value of the private room. It had everything I needed for a one night stay. Another plus was that they have coin-operated washer and dryer machines (you have to pay but I'm happy it was available for use and includes laundry detergent you can use). Even though the staff only spoke a little bit of English, they were very friendly to me and tried their best to help me! :)"

"They didn’t let me check in before the time even though the room was ready. The mattress was on the floor and was quite hard. I like a hard mattress but this one was a but extreme."

"I stayed here so that I could visit Alishan. It is in a great location. Very close to the train and buses as well as one of the night markets and some of the other sights in Chiayi. The room is quite small, but as a solo traveler I did not mind. It is a fair price for a private room and bathroom. There is no natural light in the room and the lights arent very bright, so it might not be a place you want to hang out, but this didn't bother me because I was out most of the day and only returned to go to sleep."

"Staff was so helpful and ensuring we got dinner at restaurants. The day of departure we were giving a ride to the train station. The hosts speak very little English but was overcome with Apps. Area was quiet and near visitor centre and the jump off point of the paragliding. Great breakfasts; one at b&b abd one packed at day of departure."

"Japanese Quad room: I hardly ever give a 10 rating but this place really deserves it. It was the nicest accommodation out of 10 different properties where I stayed this time in Taiwan. The room is cozy, bright, beautiful with a peaceful energy. There are 9 windows in the room ! The Tatami bedroom was a bliss with very comfortable mattresses. The breakfast was delicious and was presented in a beautiful way. The host family was very friendly, kind and interesting. The house is located in a beautiful , natural and quiet surrounding. The garden felt very comfortable and the sound of frogs and crickets in the evening created a soothing soundtrack."
"We were originally looking for a place to stay in Chishang, but everything there was fully booked because of a big local event. Luckily, we found this Airbnb nearby — and it turned out to be way beyond our expectations! The area sits along the beautiful Taitung Longitudinal Valley. While Chishang is the most famous town, Gaoliao offers the same stunning scenery but with fewer crowds. Route 193, which connects these small towns, is one of the most beautiful drives in Taiwan. This Airbnb is truly a hidden gem — clean, cozy, and full of a warm, family vibe. The hosts are super friendly and welcoming. We had such a lovely stay. Highly recommend, and thank you again!"
