"The attitude of the hotel's staff is excellent. Very helpful and responsive, addressing all queries right away in an efficient manner. The breakfast is fantastic. Great view from the window. The bedsheets and towels are clean and of good quality. Next to the hotel is a good restaurant ("River"), very convenient."
"The hotel itself is a bit old, Soviet-style building that requires renovation and upgrades. Nothing too bad, though; everything works, but some pipes (for instance) might suddenly start leaking. The personnel does its best to address it on the spot, but the owners definitely need to pay more attention."

"Nice cozy place in a great location - one of the mount Pikuy climbing paths starts in just 50 meters from the hotel as an earth track, or you can walk first through the charming village - authentic houses, neat church, apple trees, cats and flowers. We found Pikuy an "ideal 1-day tour": high enough but not too high/steep, rewarding mountain range walk between clouds with great views, nice mix of forest and open alpine tundra along the path. Very good!"

"Будиночки розташовані в гарній локації з чудовим краєвидом. Є пледи для вечірніх посиденьок на терасі з диванчиками та кріслом-гойдалкою. Навколо все чистенько й доглянуто. Від будиночка веде стежка вгору пагорбом, звідки відкриваються захопливі краєвиди на гори. Усередині будинка є все необхідне для приготування їжі, а також решітка та шампури для мангала. Доречі, навіть можна замовити доставку їжі з ресторанчиків поблизу. Стосовно обігріву приміщення: є і обігрівачі і камін. Господарі не турбують, але завжди на зв'язку. Окремо в нашому серденьку залишився справжній господар території - німецька вівчарка Харді, пес водив нас місцевими стежками наче екскурсовод, супроводжував усюди і навіть дуркував з нами із задоволенням. Рекомандую бронювати без вагань."
