"Дуже уважний та ввічливий персонал, в усьому йшли на зустріч. Коли захворіла дитина, надали небулайзер та викликали лікаря. Заради таких людей хочеться повернутися ще)) Смачні страви і супер круті офіціанти. Шеф-кухар готує окремо в ресторані, дуже уважний, пригощав і спакував млинці у дорогу для нашої дитини. Кваліфікований персонал у СПА, уважний масажист. Чистий та сучасний комплекс СПА, завжди чистий басейн, тепла вода у басейні та джакузі."
"Ми зупинилися у двокімнатному люксі. На жаль, у одного стільця була повністю зламана ніжка, і це було небезпечно для нашої дитини, яка на нього сіла. У вільному доступі прямо на підлозі звисали проводи та зʼєднання оголених кабелів, скатертина та гардини були в дірках. Міжкімнатні двері сильно хиталися, туалетний столик теж був хиткий."

"Nice cozy place in a great location - one of the mount Pikuy climbing paths starts in just 50 meters from the hotel as an earth track, or you can walk first through the charming village - authentic houses, neat church, apple trees, cats and flowers. We found Pikuy an "ideal 1-day tour": high enough but not too high/steep, rewarding mountain range walk between clouds with great views, nice mix of forest and open alpine tundra along the path. Very good!"

"Будиночки розташовані в гарній локації з чудовим краєвидом. Є пледи для вечірніх посиденьок на терасі з диванчиками та кріслом-гойдалкою. Навколо все чистенько й доглянуто. Від будиночка веде стежка вгору пагорбом, звідки відкриваються захопливі краєвиди на гори. Усередині будинка є все необхідне для приготування їжі, а також решітка та шампури для мангала. Доречі, навіть можна замовити доставку їжі з ресторанчиків поблизу. Стосовно обігріву приміщення: є і обігрівачі і камін. Господарі не турбують, але завжди на зв'язку. Окремо в нашому серденьку залишився справжній господар території - німецька вівчарка Харді, пес водив нас місцевими стежками наче екскурсовод, супроводжував усюди і навіть дуркував з нами із задоволенням. Рекомандую бронювати без вагань."
