"Very spacious room with mini-fridge and kettle, perfect location, rich breakfast (open buffet), 24-hours reception, luggage room. Extremely nice and helpful receptionist Victoria. Option to extend stay up to 12 hrs for 50% of room rate (upon availability), which is really rare as most hotels would charge you for full price. Overall it was pleasant and comfortable stay."
"I left a door tag for housekeepers to clean the room (mostly to replenish amenities as they were quite limited and I almost ran out of them), but it was totally ignored. And a small suggestion in regards of open buffet: putting signs beside meals names would be very helpful to make a right choice, especially for people who maintain special diet (for instance, vegetarian) or have allergies."
"Very short but excellent stay, the gentleman working the desk made sure to get me checked in as soon as he could, was very kind and accommodating, and my room was quite comfortable and large. Breakfast was also a great treat with various fresh and tasty options. I would say it is one of the best hotels I have stayed in Ukraine in terms of experience and value"

"Good location in the city center, ability to leave luggage at the reception after checkout. Good furnitured big room (2-rooms in one suite), kettle, tea and bottled water in the room, comfy bed and clean white towels and sheets, decent breakfast."
"Unfortunately, there was no possibility to make late checkout (i guess the hotel was just overbooked for that weekend). But they allowed to leave luggage after checkout at the hotel and we returned for it at the end of the day, so problem was solved :)"

"Nice cozy place in a great location - one of the mount Pikuy climbing paths starts in just 50 meters from the hotel as an earth track, or you can walk first through the charming village - authentic houses, neat church, apple trees, cats and flowers. We found Pikuy an "ideal 1-day tour": high enough but not too high/steep, rewarding mountain range walk between clouds with great views, nice mix of forest and open alpine tundra along the path. Very good!"

"Будиночки розташовані в гарній локації з чудовим краєвидом. Є пледи для вечірніх посиденьок на терасі з диванчиками та кріслом-гойдалкою. Навколо все чистенько й доглянуто. Від будиночка веде стежка вгору пагорбом, звідки відкриваються захопливі краєвиди на гори. Усередині будинка є все необхідне для приготування їжі, а також решітка та шампури для мангала. Доречі, навіть можна замовити доставку їжі з ресторанчиків поблизу. Стосовно обігріву приміщення: є і обігрівачі і камін. Господарі не турбують, але завжди на зв'язку. Окремо в нашому серденьку залишився справжній господар території - німецька вівчарка Харді, пес водив нас місцевими стежками наче екскурсовод, супроводжував усюди і навіть дуркував з нами із задоволенням. Рекомандую бронювати без вагань."
