"Is the true feeling of staying in Cabo Polonio! Dont expect luxury, because the city is in the middle of no where, with no running water or electricity. If you feel ok with these conditions, it should be a nice stay. Lucio is amazing and a very good cooker. He told us a lot of stories about the place, and his dogs (Pancho y Zula) are muuuuy hermosos y fofos."

"The owner was very hospitable. Very knowledgeable of the area and explained the history of the home. Breakfast was prepared by the owner, simple yet amazing. The hostel fits the aesthetic of a remote/rural town."

"This hostel is very nice to live in. It's very cozy, comfortable and perfectly well placed. I was alone with one of the owners, who is really helpful for my trip and things to see as well as she has been for my inner trip. It was wonderful talks eating a very good food she cooked (should try it !). There are 2 lovely dogs and a cat to cuddle. The second owner is amazing too. Thank you so much for those days, talks and advices, I'll be pleased to be back"

"The staff are very friendly and patient with my bad Spanish! It had a very homely vibe, especially with the pets. Merlin the cat was my favourite!"

"A mat in the bathroom would be useful to stop the floor getting all wet. I felt bad tracking wet sandy footprints through the house, even after just going to the toilet."

"Great simple accommodation in Cabo Polonio. The owner, Edith, is such a nice person who welcomes you into her home. Breakfast is delicious with homemade bread and jam. Good coffee too. I also ordered lunch and dinner which were so good (I had fish milanesa and miniaturas de pescado)! I've not had such good home cooking for a while on my trip so it was a treat."

"Everything you need for a stay in Cabo Polonio. Great sized bedroom for a couple of nights in a good location. Bathrooms clean. Host Lucio was so very helpful and kind as well as serving a delicious breakfast each morning. We very much enjoyed our stay at this authentically Cabo Polonio place!"

"This is no critique and rather advise for people to realise that Cabo Polonio is a remote place where electricity depends on the sun and hot water is not available. It brings you down to earth and will be an amazing experience but be prepared. <3"
