"Central location, friendly staff, spacious room, comfy bed, baggage storage. Three blocks walking down to main street where all kind of amenities available, could take public bus to T.C.Bus Terminal. It could be one of the best budget hotel. Thanks everything!"
"Not much!"
"Large room, big comfy bed, great wifi and TV, window, very hot water and a fridge."
"Wish there were a light at the desk. Small portable fan would really help."
"The staff was very friendly, and the room was clean. The air conditioner worked just fine. The bathroom is quite worn up, but it works anyway."
"The table is not really comfortable to use a laptop, so I decided to use it on the bed."
"In general, I am very satisfied with the hotel & the room. The price / quality ratio is excellent. Of course there are things to improve but at the end of the day this is not a 5 star hotel."
"I wish the staff spoke a little bit of English"
"We were a little dubious when we arrived. It was a Sunday afternoon and the streets were empty apart from a few people partying in the street. The hotel building is a lovely old art deco design. The entrance is wide with a short staircase to the reception desk and elevator. We were given a room on the 3rd floor. The staff were friendly and helpful. The whole hotel smelled of zesty lemon disinfectant. Our room was large and decorated in the style of the era with high ceilings, decorative bay window, parquetry floor, ornate ceiling and architrave moldings. Everything was was clean and comfy. We required parking and the hotel has a deal with a lot a block or two away. Very secure. Whilst this hotel is not in the best part of Montevideo it is close to the old town, and museums and is priced better than it's counterparts in the vicinity."
"The only fault was that while everything was very clean, some things were dusty Ie bed head and bench top. This is a minor concern and it just felt like it let the room down a little."
"It is a old hotel with a lot of character and charm. Very high ceilings."
"The bathroom could use some work and a deep scrubbing."

"People were great. Asked for hot water for instant coffee about midnight, a "teapot" full of hot water was brought to the room on a silver, replete with spoons, sugar (not needed in good coffee) and napkins. We bought a watermelon and were provided plates and utensils necessary to devour the fruit. Breakfast had sundry items, no eggs- which I don't care for! Ham, cheese, salami and sandwich bread are abundant, lettuce and tomato. I made hot toasted sandwiches in a sandwich press. Good area. After dark it was OK to walk in the area 3-4 blocks away, or more. Many people were walking, so it's not dangerous."
Avis de Natalya Hotel Europa
"The hotel is located in a very pleasant neighborhood, near Pocitos beach. We started our day by walking and swimming at the beach, and went to explore the city later. It was very easy to reach the center of Montevideo by bus. There were a grocery store across the street and several nice restaurants in a walking distance. We loved that our room on 11th floor had a huge terrace with a city view."
