"The Hostal is an oasis of peace, warmth, color and familiarity right along the only "main street" in the little coastal town of Puerto Colombia along the Caribbean coast in Venezuela. The staff and the owner, Claudia are all exceedingly friendly, helpful and industrious. The rooms are nicely but scarcely equipped and offer rest and quiet when needed. The pool is a highlight to beachgoers that want to cool off and get a respite from all the sand and salt from time to time. The guys from the restaurant are really eager and very good cooks in their own right, you'll be able to do a little tour of all the typical foods of the Venezuelan coast for a really fair price."

"Not really the fault of the hostal itself but you might find yourself without electricity and, as a consequence without Wi-Fi and a fan for a few hours at the time, though pretty much never in the evening or the night, so when it counts."

"En primer lugar la atención gentil, empática y esmerada de Génesis y el staff de la posada Luego, el restaurant, cuya cocina dirigida por Roco, junto con Adrián y Marta, además de ofrecer deliciosos platillos, complace el gusto de cada cliente, todo es fresco, y preparado al momento.. Sus empanadas son renombradas y atraen al público en general. La ubicación es perfecta, está muy cerca de todo. Tiene estacionamiento frente a la habitación. El ambiente es silencioso, con buenos espacios para descanso o lectura y jardines alrededor, todo limpio y bien cuidado. Dos frondosos árboles en el patio central donde también hay una pequeña piscina que limpian a diario.Tiene wifi para los huéspedes. La lencería es de algodón de buena calidad y los baños impecables. Son amables con las mascotas"

"Es un lugar muy bonito e impecable, el personal es excelente y estuvieron atentos de nosotras en todo momento, además te asesoran para disfrutar de todo el lugar. La cama de la habitación era bastante cómoda y el lugar es amplio y tiene espacios naturales bonitos para pasar el rato. Tiene una muy buena ubicación porque está céntrica y tiene un restaurante que da privilegio a los clientes de la posada y se come muy bien. Lugar 100% recomendado, la próxima vez que visitemos Choroni no dudaremos de volver a esta Posada."
