"When we got in, they upgraded us for free. Our rooms AC wasn’t working properly and the front desk was so nice and sent a worker to look at it. When that still didn’t fix it, they swapped our rooms super quick (still with the upgrade from original booking) and were so nice about it. Laundry service was fast. Probably the best budget friendly hotel we’ve stayed at in Vietnam so far!!"

"The staff were not very personable and it was difficult to communicate with them as English skills were very limited. I asked a receptionist about the dining options and she just handed me a card. This is the difference between a 2 star hotel such as this and a 4 star hotel where the staff speak good English and are more welcoming. This hotel had a definite ‘hostel’ feel.. Great for a budget traveler but for me not worth the saving of say $10."
