"The executive 1-bedroom is very spacious. Overall, the hotel is very well maintained. The lounge with the rooftop is nice to grab a coffee from the self-serve espresso machine in the morning. The gym is decent, with nice views of Hanoi. Great staff. We appreciated the care and attention given to guests."
"We were not able to use the pool area AT ALL. The area was really cold (even if there is a sign that says that the pool space would be heated to 30 degrees celsius , it was not). The pool water isn't heated either and was freezing cold. The jacuzzi isn't heated either. We were really disappointed as this was advertised but did not deliver. The sauna and steam room NEVER functionned."

"The location is great! Room is nice and clean. I would be happier if there is a shower instead of bathtub because my limitation geti in and out of the bathtub is difficult. And I also want couple more chairs to sit with my relative when they visit."

"The location was perfect for us, being close to family, but for anyone in Hanoi for a holiday, it's quite a distance from the city centre. The staff are very attentive; the hotel facilities are generally very good."
"Breakfast could be better. The western elements especially were disappointing - cold undercooked eggs, staff found it difficult to understand what we were asking for (in Vietnamese) This is the fourth time we've stayed, the rooms are starting to show a little bit of wear."
