"What a great surprise this find is, staying with a local community and eating the traditional food ,only 25mins walk to a private beach and 10min walk to the ash fields . Here the rumble of the mountain like its a distant thunder storm. The kids will show you around with great enthusiasm. And all being close to the volcano and hot springs and the hosts will arrange any other activities and transports needed , This is the real deal don't miss out . "- The location is great with absolutely fantastic snorkelling out the front (felt very safe and I’m not a strong swimmer) - use of Kayaks an added bonus - refreshing to cool off in the pool or relax in a hammock - the villas are clean and user friendly, very comfortable bed, excellent wifi and aircon highly valued -Michael is a champion with a friendly smile, excellent local knowledge and nothing we asked about was a hassle or too much trouble! "I really enjoyed waking up to the beautiful lake view each morning, it made the stay feel peaceful and relaxing. I also appreciated that there's restaurant and food supplies within walking distance, which made it very convenient. In addition, the town area is only about an 8–10 minute drive away, so it was easy to access more shops and amenities whenever needed. Our accommodation had complete facilities, from a fully equipped kitchen to a washing machine, and even included balconies on both the ground floor and in the second-floor bedroom. I especially loved having my coffee on the veranda overlooking the lake. I also liked that our host arranged our airport transfers, which made our trip more convenient and eliminated the stress of organizing transport ourselves."
