"Location was very convenient for shopping and going to and frm visiting our families but we would like to especially commend the ladies that served us breakfast each morning, they were very friendly serving breakfast n other things we needed when we ask with a big smile especially the lead lady (I’m sorry I forgot her name) but she was very very nice n made all of us feel welcomed. Please I hope they will get some kind of bonus for their awesome service n smiling faces, thank you thank you for making us feel welcomed there we would love to stay there again on our next visit to Samoa"

"The deluxe rooms and family rooms were wonderfully spacious and the aircon was so good to be able to cool down in. We were able to have all our family housed in different rooms that suited them at very short notice. Close to the market, staff never complained and they put up with a lot of noise from our very big family!"

"Having stairs to negotiate but not too big a problem. Sometimes the parking could be difficult in the small space but managed to navigate it safely."

"I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and during my stay, I unfortunately broke my foot. From the moment it happened, the staff, particularly Fou and Ben, went above and beyond to take care of me. Ben called the ambulance, gave me his crutches (!), and Fou accompanied me to the hospital and stayed with me the entire time, offering incredible support and comfort. The whole team felt like family—checking on me constantly while I was confined to my room for three days due to the injury. They also ensured I had everything I needed, from transportation to meals. I was truly amazed by the level of personal attention and care I received throughout my stay. This wasn’t just customer service; it felt like genuine compassion. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, especially if you're looking for a place where the staff genuinely care about your well-being. They turned what could have been a difficult situation into a much more manageable and even heartwarming experience."

"The Wi-Fi could be improved, so it's a good idea to bring your own portable Wi-Fi or SIM card. This is common in Samoa, where Wi-Fi connections can be unreliable."

"We were taken to an airbnb type housing. It was great and the accommodation was awesome and it fit to what we needed. It was nice to host all our guests at one place. Amazing hospitality and accommodation."

"Our first one night stay was all good, two rooms together on ground floor, every room were nice, big, and tidy. THe location is great."

"The two nights stay: firstly, they gave us one single room with one double bed, secondly, one standard double room with one single and one double bed, the smelly and stained fridge, rooms are not superior triple rooms as we have paid for. The single room was upgraded to the room upstairs and it was alright. We stayed for one night in the double standard room we have been given until the next morning they transferred us to the better room. They should check their system to find out about the guests bookings."

"Breakfast is okay if only we have a cafeteria for the guests to enjoy their breakfast instead of inside the room coz there's no dinning table except to sit outside the room. Location is nice but we need a bigger parking lot for the guests sometimes we don't have a parking spot. It's unfair for us guests to park on the road and we are paying for the room and to make sure our car is in good hands."

"Air con was on point, bed was comfy but would do some work in the bathroom/shower area, more light and water coming out of the shower on to the floor when we had to use towels to dry up which is not recommended"

"I liked the location and cleanliness of facilities. Moatoga has supermarkets on either side and the municipal market across the road. Farmer Joes (supermarket) is open on a Sunday. There is also a laundromat closeby. Breakfast gets delivered to your room"

"Wifi was not available free of charge. Noise from early morning sermon at the market startled me (6AM on a Saturday). Some prior notice from management would've been great. Staff don't take notice of "do not disturb" sign when delivering breakfast."
