"The room was well equipped. Only the bathroom is very small but still o. k. for one person. Therefore the price is a bit high in comparrison to other places. The view over Plettenberg Bay is great. Breakfast is fantastic!! The homemade platter was really great. Thank you for all the extras you offered like muffins and wishes for a save journey when I left."

"Great place to stay in Plett. François and his wife are just the loveliest hosts. The room we stayed was the green one; it was spacious, with a large and clean bathroom and a comfortable bed. It should have great views of the bay, although it was foggy when we were there. For the night, you can park inside the gate, which is very safe. Finally, the breakfast was fantastic, one of the best we had in our trip. The outside area is also great for hanging around, we didn't enjoy much because it was foggy."

"Everything!!! The place to be if you are in Plettenberg area. We loved every moment of our stay at Franmarel. The view from the terrace during breakfast (delicious) or either sunset time is simply amazing. Our room was spacious and super comfortable. Owners are full of insights and incredibly welcoming."
