Sunset Residence is placed 984 feet from the shores of the Atlantic Ocean, walking distance to a nice square with culinary universe and woolworths supermarket. Cape Town’s city center with its brasserie and shopping facilities is only a 20-minute-drive away. The residence consist of 2 villas, 1 housing 3 separate entrance apartments and the other featureing 5 separate entrance apartments. All self-catering accommodations includes a fully equipped kitchen and access to an outdoor lagoon. The Residence supplys a 24-hour front desk providing express check-in/check-out. Other facilities include free Wi-Fi. Guest can make the most of water sports at the neighboring Sunset Beach, such as kite- and windsurfing. The Milnerton Golf Course is situates only 0.6 mi away as well. The residence has a generator and is not affected by load shedding.

"I had an amazing time at sunset residence, the apartment had everything I could possibly need whilst staying there. The owner and staff where very helpful and eager to assist at any given time. I would definitely recommend this place it's very good value for money and I promise you won't regret booking here!"

"Quiet, comfortable beds, clean, anything that we needed we just asked and it was supplied. The owner was extremely gracious in letting us stay a few hours past the checkout time because we had a later flight. Probably would stay there again."

"I liked Fabrizio and his staff's reception, it was professional and accommodative with good communication. Thank you! The studio was lovely, clean, and comfortable. The location is nice, safe, and quiet, perfect for a calm stay. Although if one is travelling for work/business/conference in the city centre, then the location may be farther than expected and one should be prepared for the traffic."

"This place was amazing really enjoyed our stay here Fabrizio was an amazing host who welcomed us....we actually booked the place late but...after all we enjoyed our stay here...would really recommend this place...its safe and quiet too such a stunning view.. We will definitely come back during the holidays."

"Fabrizio is a very friendly and helpful host. Property is neat and tidy. The location is excellent to visit Sunset Beach as it is walking distance to shops, 24/7 garage shop with take away food. Also walking distance to local transport into Cape Town. Walking distance to one of the most beautiful breaches overlooking Table Mountain!"

"Chris and Solly best game drivers!!! Loved them. The location was incredible. The views from the room were amazing. The staff was super nice. We got to see the Big 5, even though buffaloes were not part of the plan because that section was closed due to flooding. On our way to the airport, we managed to see them."

"The location and setting of the farm are beautiful, and we particularly liked the two pools - one with warm water and the other with natural temperature. The garden abounds with beautiful tortoises and various other farm animals. The communal areas are very tastefully decorated, and the general atmosphere is welcoming. The Karoo setting is unique and unusual, and the proximity of the mountains and the nature reserve is a nice plus. We enjoyed sampling the cosmetics, which are also unique and natural and produced by the owners. The terrace overlooking the nature reserve was really pleasant."

"What a fabulous week at Turaco Lodge! The room was perfect for the three of us… exceptionally clean and comfortable. The common space was well appointed and comfortable. Nice to have a pool although we only used it once. Shout out to the chefs for made lovely evening meals for us and to the back of house for keeping our room spotless. We also want to thank Dirk and Dylan for being our safari guides and ensuring we saw the Big Five and then some! Loved seeing honey badger!! We had the pleasure of taking 2 tours with Elise - the Panorama Route and a day trip to Eswatini. Highly recommend both! Elise was so lovely… we thank her for her kindness in stopping at a pharmacy for us. Finally, a huge thanks to Chané and Dylan for making our vacation so memorable. Every detail was taken care of and the only thing we had to worry about is what kind of wine we’d have with dinner! That’s the kind of holiday everyone wants. 😁"
