"Centrally located with extremely helpful staff, serviced rooms, a beautiful garden and refreshing swimming pool. Free pancakes in the afternoon is a nice bonus if you are around. The lounge / bar area gives a great opportunity to meet new people or to simply relax. Mike, the barman, is always ready to assist."

"The room itself was very spacious and all of the staff were really nice. The mosquito net felt adequate and there were plenty of pillows - the AC worked well enough for the nighttime. For being on a main road, you really didn't hear much noise inside the hotel area, and definitely not while inside the room. The bar was great, too - Mike was a super friendly bartender - and the wood-fired pizza was pretty top notch. It's conveniently located across the street from a large supermarket and not too far of a walk from other bits of Livingstone (though admittedly there isn't too much to see in the town). It was a useful jumping off point for me to do tours in Zimbabwe, Zambia, and Botswana."
"The bugs were the only real negative thing I have to say about the place. During the day it was perfectly fine, but at night there were a lot of... insects... crawling around the main bedroom and the bathroom (not the type you'd hope to see)."
