"All the staff including restaurant, front desk, housekeeping are very polite and helpful. The food is good and laundry service is great."
"There were bugs coming out from the bathroom and had to call the front desk to spray an insecticide. Absolutely no extra service for repeat clients. This was my second time staying there and I usually stay for long periods. I asked for a quiet room weeks before my arrival but they gave me a normal room. No incentive to be a repeat client. When I asked the front desk about it they said you have to book directly through us to get such benefits. This does not make any sense to be honest."
