"They could offer one or two free entrancesfor guests who spend 5 ou more nights at the hotel. Or for those who are there with half board to enjoy the hotel, to stay at the hotel after skiing would be nice. You have to pay extra to enter the pool area. Or make it free until 18hs, that kids can access."

Overall stuff where very nice and almost everyone could understand each other in English "finally" as out of the hotel the english language barrier is significant , HERE i must recommend this hotel and its reception support deks which allowed us to communicate with them via WA in english and handled alot of our taxi bookings directly themselves :) ..."

"Gorgeous five star property. Beautiful view and comfortable rooms. The shuttle to the ski area was super efficient and I never waited more than a couple of minutes. Great gym too. Buffet breakfast was over the top. Great dinner options too."

"My only issue was they charged 18€ per day if you wanted to use the pool, jacuzzi and sauna. I’ve stayed at a lot of 5 star hotels and never been charged extra for these amenities - it’s tacky to me. I would recommend they make this clear in their reservation and offer it as an up charge like half board or full board."

"The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Especially those who were at the reception, the bellboys and the shuttle drivers. I thank all of them. The ski rental and ski pass was available at the hotel which was wonderful. It made my ski holiday easier than ever. However the cleaning staff should be more trained because everyday there was a different way of cleaning the rooms, I believe that should be standardized in a hotel like that."

"Thet dont have a pool! The icons in Bookings are missleading! The have a very expenssive spa that costs extra! So is the parking. The advertisement is false , only whem.you get there, the staff that are well aware of this situation show you how to scroll all the way down and find the fine print about their hotel. Its a shame and a dissapoitment."
