Guest reviews for ETER Hotel
"New hotel. Clean and comfortable. Pool and spa facilities/staff especially good."
"Understanding it is the "off season" however they could heat the dining room so guests dont have to wear jackets during breakfast."
"Excellent modern style hotel with very good facilities re pool and private beach area. Corner suite served as family room with main bedroom with balcony overlooking pool and sea. Bar good value cocktails - beer which you could have by pool more expensive but ok. Top end prices but facilities and style seemed superior to those around. Pool area clean and smart. Lots of sun beds."
"For the price and level of hotel the breakfast was a bit chaotic - not enough cups etc. hot food was cold. No towels provided for the pool would have expected as did get at lower rated hotels. I had to ask at 9.45 a.m. whether the pool (said to open at 8) was ready. Still had cleaning pipes in. The beach bit was narrow with only 3-4 rows of beds but that was available sand-wise. What I did not like was service and attitude of bar staff. I paid my bar bill in cash (4 drinks). However I had a call to my room from reception and I confirmed I had paid it drinks. There was then a knock on door from bar manager at 10.30 pm. I was upset at being told I had not paid. I then complained to reception they said was a misunderstanding. Even so I have never been to a hotel where a bar staff member came to my room at 10.30. My children were asleep I was in my pyjamas! If they knew my room they knew I was there the next day and could have asked me in the morning. This really did spoil my stay and this was a big treat for my family to be in such a hotel for two days. This was not what I was expecting from such a highly rated hotel and very disappointing."
"Good facilities, very good location, all new and high quality. The beach is close and pristine, a bit grassy at times, but really good. The breakfast is OK, not great but offers choices. The rooftop pool is stunning - a must do."
"For staff, the general rule is that the girls are much more attentive than the lads, and a lot more communicative. I had to instruct them and catch their attention by shouting. They need training and even education. The breakfast is OK - not really worth the price and also not satisfying. The night reception staff hardly speaks any English. What really disturbs me is the attitude of the entitled staff members and guests towards foreign guests: whether it’s not respecting someone’s privacy, ignoring guests wishing to order, in the middle of a discussion: as soon as someone older Albanian shows up, they catch all the attention by shouting and being disrespectful - this might work for some, and in some cheap all inclusive places, but not in a hotel that labels itself as boutique at that price range."
"Staff friendly and location perfect breakfast is good aswell"
"Nothing"
"We enjoyed our stay. Very good room with perfect view. They've cleaned the room every day. Very smiled and good people there - from the girl on the reception from the waiters to the wemen clearing the rooms. The location of the hotel and the beach are also perfect."
"The pool - they put too much chemistry there. It's almost impossible to stay there whan you drop down your head. It's smells badly. I see there must be chemistry there but it's 3, 4 times more than the normal dose. That's why nobody use the pool. The internet - it's good when it's there :) there were much periods when it comes and goes. So you never know if you be lucky and could you finish your job or you must count on roaming service. Tere was no coca cola zero or anything else withtout sugar. So they forgot about all diabetics :) ....hey we are also humans :)"
"Staff was friendly. Facilities and room was clean. There was enough parking. They have their own sunbeds in front of the hotel."

"Beautiful hotel with beautiful ocean views. Location was great as you could walk 20mins in each direction and have a number of restaurants and bars. The deck was large and was very nice to have in the evenings. Beach area was nice. People do start reserving spots early (7am). But the staff do a good job making sure no one takes more space then they should. Each room was entitled to 1 area (2 loungers and 1 umbrella). Left plenty of space and we never had a problem getting a spot on the beach. I felt the value was well worth it."
"Before visiting we saw most the negative reviews were about the breakfast. This would be the downside but I can’t say it’s better anywhere else we’ve stayed. The food is fine, enough variety and the coffee is good (which for us is priority)."
"Good location and staff and a very good inside pool."
"Poor breakfest."
"nice staff, great design, close to the sea, restaurant is very good"
"the breakfast was not what I expected but we got served after the breakfast time, maybe we would have gotten a better breakfast if in time"
"I booked this stay for my daughter, this is her review- Absolutely incredible stay! I stayed in the penthouse suite and it was breathtaking – huge, spotless, and with the most beautiful balcony view. The pool area and private beach were perfect, and I loved how close the hotel was to gorgeous restaurants, bars, beaches, and local sights. The staff truly made my stay unforgettable – so warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Enxhi, Aurora, and Kristjana for going above and beyond – you are absolute stars and made my stay amazing. I can’t wait to come back. - Afsha"

"Great location for getting in touch with a bit of local life and out of the tourist area. In middle of fruit and vegetable garden. We made great salad from the vegetables. There was a nice family restaurant down the road. Recommended and also the private beach by the hotel was the cleanest beach we visited in Albania."
"Lovely welcome from the hosts with offers of coffee and raki! Comfortable room for the night with all that we needed. Had the fish that was on offer in the evening which was yummy. Able to walk down to the boardwalk and monastery. Recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet getaway."
