"The hotel has basic accomodations: shared bathrooms, cold water shower. But for tropical climate I didn't need more. The hotel rates were unbeatable. I would stay again with no doubts. There is a bar nearby, so you could hear the singers/musicians until 9 or 10 pm. For breakfast you can buy coffee and baleadas, the best in the town. The diving shop was wonderful. Diving there feels like diving with people you know for very long time. They pay attention to your safety but at the same time are not too baby-sitting. Many people I met in there come annually, which tells you this place is unique."

"The location is great -- just 5 minutes to the beach and close to the main cafés and restaurants. The apartment is a good size and has a blackout system, so you don’t get sunlight coming in. The hotel also has two of the best restaurants in town -- Bottega and Plaza -- and they are fantastic."

I was not provided with a tea kettle or a hair dryer, as listed in the room description. Also, you can hear people walking to their rooms and staff talking while cleaning.

"We stayed in a lovely self contained unit with mini kitchen, a master bedroom, and a separate pull out in living room for our teenage son who tagged along. Wonderful to have the spaces functional and also separate. Both the living area and the bedroom have sliding doors to a huge ocean facing deck, the perfect spot to soak up a wonderful sunset. The decor is minimalist and fresh; aptly coastal in white and shades of blue. Unit was spotless!!!! Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating."

Property does not include beach towels but does provide pool towels. There is a bazaar next door where we found beach towels for the balance of our trip.

"I liked that the room was spacious, with enough space to place luggage comfortably. It did not feel cramped and was larger than rooms in the city. The accommodation is located near Matsumoto shops."

The parking was limited, so I had to use a nearby public parking for 500 yen, which was not far from the accommodation.

"The location was perfect! The balcony gave us a great view of the harbor and the activity. The room was large, two beds--great! I think the TV worked well, but that was less important to us. The room was bright and light."

It is never fun to need to put toilet paper in the waste basket, but that's necessary, right? I cannot remember, but I think there was no guide to TV channels, which is something my husband likes. Again, not very important.

The birds shit around the place and along with that is a lot of flys but the service team are working hardly to clean it and daily spreading the pesticide.

Жили на третьем этаже, лестницы очень крутые, взрослым людям будет тяжело подниматься. Завтрак был включен, ожидание было, конечно, другое, но увы, сервис оставляет желать лучшего. Утром пошли на завтрак, девушка, встретившая нас с ходу сказала, что кроме яичницы ничего нет. В итоге принесли яичницу с колбасой, на вопрос из какого мяса, ответила грубо, что не знает. На 4 человека дали один чайник чая, попросили дополнительно еще чайник, но это уже было платным. В номере не помешало бы поставить большое зеркало и светильники. Думаю, такие мелочи дали бы уют в номерах.

The rooms are a good size and there was a nice deck. The bathroom had a pretty strong mildew smell and the shower was quite weak.

• The staff were very slow, especially in the restaurant. The bar/counter area often looked messy and disorganized. • Although the room itself was clean, the chocolate in the minibar was very old and moldy, which is unacceptable. • Some light bulbs in the room were not working or were flickering. • The small inner outdoor area of the room was dirty and poorly maintained.

"Very close Old town of Vilnius. The owner was very hospitable and helpful. Answered always on time and supported with everything I needed. Room was clean. No problems check in and come in all 24 hours. I really recommend this room and owner and I will definitely come back. No problems buy breakfast in hotel downstairs. Price perfect."

"The staff at the hotel was very friendly. After checking my ID and hotel reservation, he quickly helped me complete the check-in process. The whole thing took about 10 minutes."

There was some water on the bathroom floor, which I guess was caused by a leaking pipe. It did affect the overall experience a bit.

He spoke very good English and was able to assist me with everything from getting a glass of wine to paying my bill! 2) The morning we left, I dropped my credit card. I realized it later in the day and called a friend of mine. She contacted the hotel and the gardener had found it! I got it back the next day. We are so grateful to the gardener who was so honest to turn it in! Thank you, sir."

"Very good value in expensive Djibouti. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is included and good although not much variation. Big shop close by and the Ethiopian restaurant looks maybe not so fancy but the dishes are superb."

"The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The thermal facilities were excellent and relaxing, especially in the cold weather. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had good variety. The surrounding nature and snowy views made the stay even more special."

The location is a bit far from the city center, so transportation can be limited without a car. However, the hotel provides a transportation if you need.

"We stayed at Hotel Novak for one night due to family related situation. Room was spacious, beds very comfortable. They serve breakfast from 7 A.M. until 11 A.M. which we found very useful. Staff was great and very helpful."

There was a strange noise, I think from nearby Factory, which disturb good night sleep 😁.

"The location is excellent, just a short walk to Skansin and Tinganes, making it a perfect base for exploring Tórshavn. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room only had a view of the rock wall in the backyard, so there wasn’t much natural light, but we didn’t mind. If you’re looking for better views, it’s worth booking an upgraded room."

Breakfast was good: not exceptional, but it had everything we needed to start the day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

"The people from the front desk are amazing, really helpful. They gave us towels for the beach, and beach chairs. They made our stay way better, including after checkout. The hotel has an almost private beach where they also gave us a beach umbrella, it was a paradise, all for us (we even saw manta rays). The location is perfect. Not far from the ferry, not far to nice beaches, not far from places to eat. The hotel is clean, nice rooms, nice bathrooms, they gave us complimentary waters and coffee in the room. Also, the hotel has a bar and a restaurant. At night it solved us having there something to eat having been all day out."

Everything in Turks and Caicos is expensive, and in North/Middle Caicos even more (that’s not the hotel). The restaurant of the hotel was good but expensive. It is a good alternative, even more if you don’t want to grab the car again, but I would check the prices before seating to see if they are ok for you.

"The hotel is located right in the town centre. I have a super beautiful and comfortable deluxe suite room and I booked it here with a reasonable price. The room that I stayed has really good facilities, what I particularly like it is that there is a washing machine for you to wash your clothes. The room comfort, cleanliness and hygiene level is top-notch and you will have a good rest and sleep here. All the staff here are really efficient, professional and friendly. My room includes breakfast as well with unlimited servings and it fed me really well as I needed to use a lot of energy for my activity on that day itself, my breakfast meal at the hotel cafe is delicious, fresh and sumptuous. WiFi connection is fast and good."
