"For the price they offer, the facilities are good. As a woman, I also feel safe there as they come with syariah concept. The breakfast was good enough. Not luxurious but proper with the price. Location is superb."

The hotel interior (especially the wall paint) may need some touch up, TV was not working well while we were there. Need little work there.

"The hotel is perfectly located for arriving by bus late at night. A few minutes walk and you are at the hotel.. There is no need to worry about finding an honest taxi or onward travel. A very warm and friendly welcome by professional reception staff who speak English. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great. There is a very good supermarket next door and lots of restaurants. It is a short, easy walk to the centre to and you can leave your luggage after check out so perfect if your onward travel is by bus. Kosovo is such a friendly country, and I loved the atmosphere and welcome in Prishtina."

Room was too small, and the older gentleman who checked me out was unfriendly and little sarcastic (unprofessional). Was little far from downtown.

"Mercure is just a short drive away from the airport and we went with a transfer booked through Booking.com to making going to and from the airport streamlined. Check-in was quick and easy the staff were friendly and food was reasonably priced at the restaurant. The room was clean and the pool was great for the hot and humid weather. It was also close to supermarkets, movies and other restaurants which served a variety of food."

Bed and pillows, especially pillows should be updated or provided with options. I ended up not sleeping most of the night. Plus there is a club next to the hotel and although I understand it is not their fault, it needs to be addressed. For the money we paid, it cannot be that sleep, which is the most important thing when staying in a hotel, is not comfortable.

They speak English fluently. - The room is clean. Worth for money. - The location is close to the airport. Very easy to get there. "The location was great for biking. The bike path runs across the street from the hotel. The grounds were lovely with the reserve in the back. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a lot choices. Perfect for fueling up for bike rides. Being able to rent a car on property was very convenient for exploring further out on the island."
