Difficult to get to (rough bumpy narrow roads)but worth it once there.

"Location was convenient for access to the airport which was important to me. Breakfast was ok. Staff were nice and friendly. Room was comfortable and well appointment. The small pool deck and gym were nice inclusions."

A little more options and selection at the small shop they have on site would be good - maybe like some newspapers, fresh pastries or fruit would be nice to have.

"I liked that the room was spacious, with enough space to place luggage comfortably. It did not feel cramped and was larger than rooms in the city. The accommodation is located near Matsumoto shops."

The parking was limited, so I had to use a nearby public parking for 500 yen, which was not far from the accommodation.

"Beautifully landscaped and the room was kept very clean while we were there. Two separate things. 1) Raul Salas was amazing. He spoke very good English and was able to assist me with everything from getting a glass of wine to paying my bill! 2) The morning we left, I dropped my credit card. I realized it later in the day and called a friend of mine. She contacted the hotel and the gardener had found it! I got it back the next day. We are so grateful to the gardener who was so honest to turn it in! Thank you, sir."

The food was just ok.

"J’avais choisi El rancho au vu de sa proximité avec le centre ville de Grand bourg et aussi parce que le petit déjeuner était compris… Malheureusement ce n’était pas le cas . "Pros: Location is great for A - Nice to wake up and see the mountain tops through your skylight Breakfast - Lovely breakfast buffet. Good variety of Norwegian ®ular breakfast staples Staff at counter friendly and answered our questions about area/accommodations Free parking - big bonus since Norway usually requires payment for parking Although shared bath, we had no wait for WC. We had a sink in our room so only shower and toilet facilities are shared."

Cons: You may hear noise from people outside on public deck. During our stay all observed quiet time after 11PM. We always have ear plugs so we are ok.

"Very close Old town of Vilnius. The owner was very hospitable and helpful. Answered always on time and supported with everything I needed. Room was clean. No problems check in and come in all 24 hours. I really recommend this room and owner and I will definitely come back. No problems buy breakfast in hotel downstairs. Price perfect."

"Was a good place to stay on short notice going to the formula one race which was about 35 minutes away. The staff is really nice and helpful."

My biggest negative about the property was the bathroom was so tiny. The door couldn’t open up the whole way so if you are a bigger person I don’t recommend staying here. I am not that big of a person and felt crammed.

The guy at check out seemed frustrated with my questions about how to get my passport stamped. I speak French so it wasn’t the language barrier. I did figure it out tho!

"Island Hopper was recommended by a friend and didn't disappoint. The staff made us feel at 'home' right from the airport pick up. The beds are more comfortable than ours at home. The restaurant is also excellent! Hope to be back one day."

"The view is gorgeous. Restaurant is very expensive and service is slow after you are served. Pool service is also a bit slow."

Taxi service even when we called ahead was slow. Couldn’t get a water bottle from The front desk at $1275 a night. The hotel is far from Hamilton so plan to spend $50-$100 per day to leave the resort for activities.

At the fan just kept going in and out it's like we was losing a little power

que pase calor en la habitación, no habian prendido el aire porque decia que iba a bajar la temperatura, pero la habitacion tenia una ventana hacia un pulmon donde no ingresaba aire, por lo tanto, no pudimos descansar muy bien por el calor.

"Rooms are small, very clean and functional. Good showers. The gardens are exceptional, peaceful, beautiful. Joyce and staff went WAY beyond to make our stay comfortable and earn a WOW!!!"

Close to the road makes it convenient but a little noisy.

"The location is great -- just 5 minutes to the beach and close to the main cafés and restaurants. The apartment is a good size and has a blackout system, so you don’t get sunlight coming in. The hotel also has two of the best restaurants in town -- Bottega and Plaza -- and they are fantastic."

I was not provided with a tea kettle or a hair dryer, as listed in the room description. Also, you can hear people walking to their rooms and staff talking while cleaning.

"We stayed at Hotel Novak for one night due to family related situation. Room was spacious, beds very comfortable. They serve breakfast from 7 A.M. until 11 A.M. which we found very useful. Staff was great and very helpful."

There was a strange noise, I think from nearby Factory, which disturb good night sleep 😁.

La piscine était sur entretien et en train detre remplir. Dommage pour nous que on ne pouvait pas nager. Mais prochainement ca sera possible.

"The location was just off the main street in a cool old building, and was walking distance from both the train station and the ferry. The room itself was comfortable with a good shower. My window overlooked the courtyard."
