The hotel interior (especially the wall paint) may need some touch up, TV was not working well while we were there. Need little work there.

"The young lady who checked me in was very nice and personable."

Room was too small, and the older gentleman who checked me out was unfriendly and little sarcastic (unprofessional). Was little far from downtown.

"Very good location, in the city center. The check in was super easy and fast, all digital. Practical when you arrive late. The building is an old prison restructured in a hotel, it was interesting to see and experience."

The size of the room we had, was a bit smaller as imagined.

Really good food - loved the delicious green beans and the mixed vegetables. Also really enjoyed the unusual tuna omelette. Walkable location on quiet road, close to many beach bars, Good value stay."

The WiFi network has many overlapping networks with different numbers (Hotel Aurore 2, Hotel Aurore 4, etc.), and none of them would stay consistently online. At one point I was able to do 20 minutes of streaming, but at many other times I could not do photo uploading. If they could get a solid WiFi connection all under a single network, this would be a huge upgrade. The jacuzzi was not actually heated when I checked. I was in two sizes of rooms, and the A/C seemed to do a pretty good job in the smaller one, but struggled to cool the room in a triple room, which may reflect the size of the room vs. the A/C output. The shower did not actually work when I first arrived (though they were able to fix that within about 15 minutes.) Even when fixed, the shower water got lukewarm, not hot.

He speaks excellent English. Enes, was equally attentive and efficient, quickly resolving any issues (TV, hairdryer, etc.) and always checking that everything was fine. The housekeeping staff were consistently warm and friendly, and kept the room very clean without ever disturbing us. At breakfast, the lady was very kind and did her best to accommodate all our requests. The hotel is very peaceful, with a fantastic view and location, and is well suited for families with children."

No hot shower, which was inconvenient. Noisy installations that affected comfort (water pump, no well isolated for insects) The check-in process was a bit complicated, but since it's a family-run business, we were understanding.

"Everything. We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Really liked that it’s not a busy main road but close to the old city centre. The suite was a mini apartment. Gorgeous high ceilings and layout. The staff were friendly and polite. Always greeting you. It’s quiet and charming."

"The location is excellent, just a short walk to Skansin and Tinganes, making it a perfect base for exploring Tórshavn. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room only had a view of the rock wall in the backyard, so there wasn’t much natural light, but we didn’t mind. If you’re looking for better views, it’s worth booking an upgraded room."

Breakfast was good: not exceptional, but it had everything we needed to start the day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

"I was in Atlas Hotel. It’s really great. - The hotel provides 24 hours coffee, tea and water. It helps a lot when the weather changes. - The staffs are so nice and always willing to help. They speak English fluently. - The room is clean. Worth for money. - The location is close to the airport. Very easy to get there. I recommend to book this hotel when you are searching for the place to stay in Dushanbe."

The only thing makes it lose points is that the electricity generator group is too close to the apartment area. In the night it disturbs sleep even though the windows are closed.

We liked everything, it was nice to have the option to enjoy dinner right at the hotel and a bonus that there was a discounted first night for the dinner. The buffet was good and breakfast was great as well. If the weather permits it would be wonderful to be able to sit outside overlooking the ocean.

"Charela's was so relaxing it's like a retreat,you hear the birds singing in the morning sitting on my balcony with my coffee it's so quiet and peaceful, dining staff was great, enjoy breakfast the most walking on the beach or just lounging under the coconut tree such tranquility."

The winding stairs up to my room. Otherwise my room was nice looking over the pool and garden.
